The Ezil.me mining pool mines Ethereum (ETH) or Ethereum Classic (ETC) and Zilliqa (ZIL) almost simultaneously. The pool is switching between coins automatically and does not require even a registration, just account addresses. The Ezil.me pool has a minimum payout for Ethereum set at 0.05 ETH and a minimum of 30 ZIL. 1% default commission.

For ETH fee is 1%, payout limit is 0.2 ETH that can be changed to 0.05 ETH and up to 20 ETH. Pools for ETC, Raven, Moneor, Zcash, Conflux, Ergo (what is this?;) too.

"ETHERMINE IS THE WORLD'S HIGHEST PERFORMING ETHEREUM MINING POOL" - maybe, but payouts from 0,01 ETH is a fact. Cryptolinkbase.com recommended pool. Also home for ZCASH ZEC), ETC, BEAM and Raven Coin (RVN) pool!

Well known pool with integrated mining software. Unique ability to buy an external computing power at marketplace. Payouts are in BTC wnich also is unique. Nicehash is still growing, now it has its own Exchange i currency Ergo. Not recommended.
